| High guys , I'd recomend butternut pumpkin, I tried it last night with a good response from the fish . I sliced a 10mm thick piece from a half pumpkin( and then forgot I had done it  ) so the next night I cut the skin off ,took the core out and cut it into quarters ( I think being out of the fridge for the night softened it up a little, but next time I do it I'll cover it with cling wrap). Every one of the plecs found it quick smart, even L001 thumped into it(hard) , there's still a little bit left this morning but is still nice and solid > zuchinni which will last a night but turns to muush. | Tubifex was an accidental hit with mine! I chucked in a freeze dried cube for my fish, and saw Lars go diving for any that sank to the bottom But mainly mine go bonkers for Zucc, Lars attacks it almost instantly |

| My adult ABN in the comm tank go crazy when I feed beef heart and homemade fish wafer to my discuses. They fight my discuses for the chunk of food. In my ABN juv only tank, they seemed to love peas, cucumber and now papaya, but payaya turn water cloudy pretty fast, so I stop. |
