The Blue Panaque originates from Venezuela, they prefer a dimly lit tank with plenty of wood or caves in which to hide, they can be quite territorial so unless your tank is quite large you should only keep 1 individual.
You should feed The Blue panaque both meaty foods and vegetable matter but take care not to over feed meaty preparations as this will lead to bloat and in bad cases death.
