| Sorry about the arthritis. I have something similar but just on the left hand side of my jaw. It had died down until I went to the dentist for a check up about 3 weeks ago and opening my mouth has started it off again. Have you tried Bachs Rescue nights? Not a drug and non-habit forming but seems to help with sleep.
