| Have anyone used PVC pipes as breeding caves? If yes what is the diameter that you used? Also did you close 1 end? with what if you have done so? |

| I tried PVC, didn't work for me. I had a pair of albinos (didn't even know they were ready to spawn) in a small aquaone tank and a PVC cave in there. They spawned under a piece of wood instead lol. If your looking for good caves to use for spawning try eBay. Some nice ceramic ones on there |

| i just brought 5 slate ones. they look good, are heavy, natural and also some are designed with a lid or a twin cave. I dont know if the guy sells them out of australia but you can find him on planet pleco. He showed me them and i wont use anything probably other than these caves because they are working after 24hr's  |
