| Now i have never seen anything like this fellah. These are Not! his stress colours, he is in a tank with 1 fish, he has everything a bn needs, he's eating well and coming to the front of the tank to feed. He's now been in my tank for 5 days and hasn't changed colour at all. He's been very mistreated and his tail is deformed, his fins are red and sore and he was kept with a large amount of aggressive over sized fish. And then this fellah Who i was sold as a clown pleco but after putting him with the clown plecos i've decided he isn't. Maybe a mega clown? or l270? |

| Do many people keep calico? bn's.
I will need to rehome him at some point.
The smaller one is about 3 maybe 3.5inches and yellow and brown again are these a kept pleco as i'd need to move him on, i did hope he was either a clown or a l270 as i keep both but i wouldn't like to keep him on his own.
Thank you for your help. |

| I'd agree with owNz on the first one, in his present condition he does look like a calico, but it may be worth waiting a bit longer to see if his colouration alters any.
With the second one it's hard to tell off that photo, clearer images from above and the side would help. |

| I want to agree and i understand the pleco next to it is smaller but even my larger ones fail to carry the thick yellow/white banding on the head like this one. |
