Hi guys not sure if this has been done before but I thought I would share this with you all. It comes in very handy when feeding your fish and it is quick, cheap and easy to make with what most people have around the house. You will need ---- A small length of plant weight A corn on the cob screw in handle thing Some cord or string cut to the height of your tank (fish friendly) Floating foam or similar (again fish friendly) Attach the plant weight to the end of your cob screw Attach the cord to the float Attach your float and cord to the end of the cob screw and your done This is the finished piece It allows you to feed almost any fruit or veggies to your fish and then remove it quickly and easily after. Especially if you have a high tank or don’t want to disturb your fish by putting your hands in. Make sure you don’t use string or cord that will be of any risk to your fish i.e. fishing line, thing cord etc Hope this comes in handy for others and I hope I have posted this in the right place…sorry if I haven’t… Dave

Great idea. I do sum thing similar but I use fishing line. It's not as noticeable. I have a cube of timber bout 25 mm by 30 mm with a hole thru it Tied on the end. Itt sits on top of tank behind lights.

Good idea. Prob cheaper alternative than what I use. I use a little invention called the Screw Cumber. Easily located on eBay and works a charm. It's a metal spiral you screw into your veg to feed your plecs. I have mine tied to a piece of fishing line and just hang the end over the edge of the tank
