| Hi all, new to this forum and have to say there's so much great stuff on here! Right so yesterday i went to the beach and picked up some seaweed (Sea Lettuce) and clipped it into my bristlenose tank just out of curiosity and they loved the stuff! Could maybe be something different to tempt those "cucumber only" fish |

| I'm all for variety in the BN diet, but just be aware that most sea weeds are high protein. I couldn't find an exact percentage for sea lettuce, but am pretty sure it's not too much less than nori. |

| it wouldn't be a regular thing just thought hey its called lettuce for a reason and i'm all for trying out new foods. It does seem to break up quite easily after the BNs have munched into it a bit so probably best not to leave it in for too long. |

I would also worry about the salt content. |
