looks like a common female to me mate, and agression can be shown by any species, i have a young male who ive had in isolation for 2 months because he was so agressive towards everything untill my largest male gave him a good seeing to at that point i had to move him and help his wounds heal, i put him back in last night and guess what?? he goes straight back to my largest males cave and kicks off again...

he will not learn so i guess a few more days and he will get a pasting again.....
If she is fully grown mate then she may continue to behave this way all the time untill she dominates everything in there.....it could be a gene thing...as you say females arent normally so defensive and agressive....
