| Hello everyone. They did it again but with a bit of a twist. First she laid about 20 eggs under the edge of thier wood , then she laid about 100 eggs in the clay house. We never did see the male at the the eggs by the wood but they all seamed to have hatched with all of the eggs in the house. All albinos no browns. Hoping for a lot of long fins. Bought a new male common brown and 3 days later we found eggs in the wood , he paired up with the female wright away. Checked last night and managed to save about 30 brown babys befor the rainbows got them all.No albinos. We have since moved the pair and the 30 or so babys to thier new home a 15 gal. By the time they are big enough to move thier new 70 gal. grow out tank will be ready. Chris |

| NICE!!! good work. I would not be surprised if the eggs you saw by the log were actually laid in the cave but the male acidentally fanned them a bit too hard and they fell out. You would be surprised at how often that happens. I always have my egg tumbler on stand by to catch those few strays _________________ Doug's Bristlenose eBook - The number one source of Bristlenose information and the most detailed breeding guide avaliable 3rd edition OUT NOW!!!
