| As we sell quite a few fish and sometimes take bags with us in case a seller doesn't have the right size etc, we got some from the wholesalers. A lot cheaper than ebay, same for the heat packs. We get them from the wholesalers as they are a lot cheaper, and as they are the same ones as they use, it's not a problem When we go to auctions etc we always carry extra bags as it's easy to come across one or two that are leaking |

Heat packs? this is interesting, im guessing this helps keep the water in the poly bags at a likeable temperature for the fish your transporting? |

| yeah, helps on longer distance flights etc or in cold climates. Not so much an issue here in Aus, in fact we normally post at night to keep temps down. but for longer flights or cold climates they help _________________ Doug's Bristlenose eBook - The number one source of Bristlenose information and the most detailed breeding guide avaliable 3rd edition OUT NOW!!! | I use a foam box because it is very tough and it hold the temp inside well. Not sure if you can get them at the post office, I always get mine from the uni. _________________ Doug's Bristlenose eBook - The number one source of Bristlenose information and the most detailed breeding guide avaliable 3rd edition OUT NOW!!! | When we post fish we double bag, with as little amount of water in the bags and a bag buddie. A small cardboard box with lots of paper or packing peanuts and then a heat pack on the top. We put plenty of labels on the box, this way up, fragile, alive inside etc, and post guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm. Of course this time of the year we won't post as it's to risky |
