| some nice pics, do they keep the white on their fins? it looks lovely i would love to have a go at breeding these, would you consider putting a post on what the water conditions are in your tank to get them to breed and how you trigger the spawn? this would be great. |

| Yes they do keep the white on their fins. I have a pair in my main tank and they look ace, My water params are pH of 6.5 at a temp of 82. The TDS is around 30 each time they've spawned. There hasn't really been an obvious trigger yet. Hopefully with a few more spawns, i will pick up on one. I'll keep rcording everything, and see what i find.I have another pair that have spawned twice, but the male kicked the eggs out each time. Trying them with rain water and HMA instead of the RO and HMA i use with the others, just to see how they go. I've got quite a few people wanting the babies off me, but i want to keep them all haha |

| defintely not a stupid question. i have asked the same when i started out keeping discus. RO is Reverse Osmosis, HMA is Heavy Metals Axe and TDS is Total Dissolved Solids.
