| I've used both gas and electric stoves. I prefer gas, as you have better control over the heat. The stove I have now is electric. I use cast iron pans and they keep they heat nice and even so it's all good. |

| if you are asking about the oven only, well I use cast iron in there too, so I don't notice too much difference. |

Remember...some people say its ok to use soapy water to wash a seasoned iron skillet. I think they are wrong. If you feel that an iron skillet is for you then go out and buy one medium and one large. You won't regret it! |
