hi all. just wondering wether a longfin and a common bristlenose could breed ? or what types of bristlenose's can cross ?

High Rickie Robbo,of course a common brown will breed with common longfins - they're the same fish,
but I still haven't seen any longfin pepps about so inter species breeding is very unlikely.

ahh kk. didnt realise. just werent sure wether they were exactly the same. thought they may have been diff types of bristlenose's that cudnt reed with normal bn's new to the world of bns lol

Do you mean different specie's?? like will a common spawn with an L144?? very unlikely...

Like J said you can breed longfin's with common's either albino's and brown colour's....

Experimenting and patience with 2 different specie's is a possability but most poeple will say no or why mess with genetics??

But you have to wunder were do the likes of super reds come from in the gene's and same goesfor L144??

Its a very good question rick..but for now id stick to common's lol...
