Righty o , a few members seem to be having a bit of drama with this , so here's the walk through.
Firstly you'll need to head of to an image hosting site eg. photobucket or tinypic and become a member.
Second start uploading your pix.
Then once your pix have have uploaded , now is a good time to resize your pix, I know photobucket has an edit option which allows you to resize straight to 640x480( this is a reccomended size for forums)(only drama using this is now you have to go back and replace the pix in your PC with the ones from photobucket if you want to add these pix to our gallery, unless you have a good program to resize before you do it @ photobucket).
Now if your happy with your pics move the cursor over the image and you should get a list of options , go down the bottom and see the "IMG CODE"- copy it.
Now come back to the forum and message you want to attach the foto to, you will notice in the top right corner of the reply screen(7th box from the right - it looks like a green tree) open the box and paste in your image code- it will look like this:
[img][IMG]photobucket, Bgfknj, blah blah blah blah[IMG][/img]
Now you need to remove the first and last [img] sections, to neaten up the pic and walla 1 pic attached to your post.

To easy .
cheers J

NOTE: 640x480 is the recommended size for use on forums but after having a play around @ photobucket I found that 800x600 fits our forum perfect.

SIDE NOTE: just had a quick google and here's a link for you to be able to resize your pix before you get to your "image host"(photobucket, tinypic)
http://www.resizeyourimage.com/
Now you can resize straight away so you can add foto's to the forum gallery, I had a look at the sizes that Curby has used in his gallery and the measurements were:
877 wide x658 high.
I will warn you most of the image resize sites do take a while to resize your pics.
Have fun posting some pix now guys.
cheers J
