Hi, Was wondering if i put in my betta in with my plecos, will they harass my plecos?

and does it matter if it's a female betta? i have heard they are docile with other fish.

i am waiting for my marble bristlenoses to mature so i can breed them at what size do they usually develop bristles? any information would be a great help
